WASHING UNIT OF THE BOTTLING MACHINE OPTIMIZATION IN BREWERY

This solution consists in implementing the idea of ​​increasing the rotation speed of the filling unit (implemented in the beer industry) during the foam washing process. Such a change allows saving time (up to 350 hours per year) and resources (water and chemistry) – up to 100 000 m3 of water and up to 2000 kg of chemistry per year.

This task is implemented by reprogramming the filling unit controller and creating an “additional” idle speed. This additional speed is tied to the controller of the washing device (in this case, Ecolab Foamatic), which allows to automatically reduce the time for washing due to the increased rotation speed while ensuring a stable result.
